Rates without Sleeping Accommodations Weekdays/Nights (Sunday - Thursday) $50 per Hour, Minimum 3 Hours Cleaning Service Provided 30 People Capacity *Prices are before tax (6.875%)
Rates with Sleeping Accommodations Weeknights (Sun-Thurs nights): $532/night $38 per person, per night @ 14 person occupancy
Weekends (Fri & Sat nights): $717.50/night $51.25 per person, per night @ 14 person occupancy *Prices are before tax (6.875%) -You must have between 10-14 guests -Maximum capacity: 14

Deposit Requirements We require a $280 deposit within two weeks of making your reservation. The remaining balance is due 45 days prior to your reservation date.
Cancellation Policy The deposit is non-refundable if stay is cancelled within 45 days of arrival. The rental fee is non-refundable if stay is cancelled within 30 days prior to your reservation.
